PaceNoWa Privacy Policy

Personal exercise, meal, and weight records are encrypted and stored on your device. Online features do not publicly display information that identifies you and use only the information needed to provide the service.

1. Data stored only on your device

• Your private name, age group, gender, height, and purpose for using the app
• Exercise, meal, and weight records, goals, settings, and owned items
• Encrypted backups and recovery information

This data is encrypted on your device and is not sent to the PaceNoWa operator’s server.

2. Data handled by the server

• An anonymous user ID issued by Supabase Auth
• A system-generated name, public icon, background, title, and sharing preference
• Preset achievements, cheers, and internal identifiers and times needed for display, hiding, blocking, and reporting
• UTC offset and read status for app notices
• Inquiry category, message, submission time, and app version, OS, and display language explicitly attached by you

3. Purposes and public visibility

We use this information for authentication, Community, cheers, notices, inquiries, abuse prevention, and secure operation. Even when sharing is enabled, your private name, age group, gender, height, weight, meals, and detailed exercise records are not publicly displayed.

4. Service providers

• Supabase provides anonymous authentication and online features. Authentication and operational logs handle information such as user IDs, IP addresses, and User-Agent headers.
• Cloudflare Turnstile prevents abuse such as mass account creation and improves bot detection. It handles technical signals such as IP addresses, IP-derived country information, TLS fingerprints, User-Agent headers, and browser and OS information. We do not collect GPS location. PaceNoWa does not retain the temporary Turnstile token.
• Apple App Store and Google Play provide distribution, updates, and aggregate store information.

Anonymous authentication does not mean that external providers do not process IP addresses or similar information. This information is not displayed to other users. See the Supabase Privacy Policy and Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum for their processing practices.

We do not use advertising SDKs, behavioral analytics SDKs, session recording, or heatmaps.

5. Retention

• Anonymous public events: generally 48 hours
• Feed delivery history: entries older than 3 days are deleted
• Inquiry messages and optional diagnostics: 60 days after receipt

These periods apply to app server data. External providers manage authentication and security logs separately and retain them under their own terms.

6. Deletion and your choices

You can stop anonymous sharing at any time. Delete all data removes on-device data, server data associated with your anonymous user ID, and your anonymous authentication user. You must delete any exported encrypted backups yourself.

This does not guarantee immediate deletion of authentication and security logs managed by external providers. Send requests concerning deletion of personal information to the contact below.

7. Age requirements

We do not accept registration by children under 13. Users aged 13–17 must have permission from a parent or guardian. We do not collect the guardian’s name or contact details.
